Sloppy Vegan Thai Noodles with Broccoli, Tofu and Coconut

1 package Taste of Thai Rice Noodles
1 package firm silk tofu
3 cloves chopped garlic
1 small white onion
4 cups broccoli heads
Hawaiian seasoning – sea salt, cracked pepper, ginger, garlic, alai salt,
crushed chilies.
1/2-1 cup of coconut flakes
1 – medium yellow bell pepper
1 – medium red bell pepper
1 – lemon and lime

Ginger, garlic and onion powders, sea salt, soy sauce, onion and garlic powder, Hoisin sauce, honey, Ono Hawaiian seasoning, turmeric powder, red pepper powder.

Bring to boil 2-4 quarts of water with sea salt – add in rice noodles and stir
(6-8 minutes). Add in 1/4-1/2 cup of coconut flakes after 4-5 minutes of
simmering noodles. When noodles are ready rinse in cold water and put back into pot and stir. Then add in fresh squeezed juice from lemon or lime and stir and add in some coconut flakes and soy sauce and stir just before serving.

Take firm tofu and cut into small blocks and place in pan with a little bit
of water without oil. Sprinkle ginger powder over tofu. Squeeze some honey
over each cube of tofu and stir. Keep a 1/4 inch of water in pan. Add in some
soy sauce and stir. Add 1 teaspoon Hoisin sauce to tofu and stir along with
Hawaiian seasoning. Add in 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of turmeric and stir after 3-4
minutes of simmering. Add in more coconut flakes and stir.

Mixed Vegetables:
In another pan with a little water put in chopped garlic cloves. Add in one
diced white onion. Then add in chopped (bite size) yellow and red bell pepper and stir. Add in Ono Hawaiian seasoning and stir.  

Put broccoli in large pan with 1/2 to one inch of water that is simmering. Add
in onion, garlic and ginger powders. Squeeze 1 whole lemon or lime on broccoli and stir. Simmer 3-4 minutes.

Tofu and Mixed Vegetables:
After 6-7 minutes pour mixed vegetables over tofu and stir together. Add in
1-2 teaspoons of sesame seeds and stir. Add a few sprinkles of hot red pepper to taste.

Put noodles into a bowl. Put broccoli around outer circle of bowl. Then pour
tofu with mixed vegetables into the middle of the circle of broccoli over
the noodles. (or just throw it all together, stir and eat!).
