Turmeric Tofu Stir Fry with Mixed Vegetables, Romaine and Toasted Honeyed Almonds From The Marshall Islands

Cubed tofu seasoned with turmeric powder in non stick pan
Added: Fresh ginger and garlic, yellow onions, papaya, carrots, kimchi, green peppers with chopped romaine added add the very end for a minute or two and serve.
Seasonings: Soy sauce, Chinese Five Spice, coconut milk
Additional Dishes: Boiled edamame pods 3-5 minutes with sprinkle of salt in water and re-steamed brown rice as base
